LST General Trading is an import and wholesale company specializing in used clothes, shoes, mixed bags, bric-a-brac, return stocks, and seasonal items such as Christmas gifts. All goods are sold in bales and sourced from reputable international suppliers to meet the diverse needs of our clients in Kenya and across the region.

- All products listed on our website are described to the best of our knowledge.
- Because we deal in second-hand and mixed goods, variations in quality, color, or quantity may occur.
- Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from actual products.
- LST General Trading reserves the right to update or modify product listings and prices without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) as indicated.
- Prices exclude delivery charges, taxes, or customs fees, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before dispatch or collection.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or other approved methods.
- Once payment is received and the order confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Delivery and Collection
- Delivery is FREE with in 10 kms from our store.
- Customers may also arrange their own transport or pickup from our Nairobi office.
- LST General Trading is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
- All goods once sold are unreturnable and non-refundable.
- We encourage customers to inspect goods before purchase or immediately upon delivery.
- Returns are only accepted if the wrong goods were supplied due to a verified error by LST General Trading.
- Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Limitation of Liability
- LST General Trading is not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or profit loss resulting from the use, resale, or handling of our goods.
- We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, text, images, and website content are the intellectual property of LST General Trading and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
